The masseter is a muscle which aids the process of mastication (chewing). It's located laterally on the side of your face and connects your cheekbone to your lower jaw.

It is best suited for those who suffer from bruxism (teeth grinding) those who clench or hold tension in their jaw, which in turn may provide a more balanced face shape.
