CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations

 

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, to allow us to accommodate those on our cancellation list, or fill the space. 

Missed appointments

 

If you fail to cancel your appointment, and/or no show you will be required to pay 100% of the service scheduled. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. You will be given one grace appointment for last minute changes or rescheduling.

Late arrivals

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it is very likely that we will need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes into your appointment, this will be classed as a no-show and a missed appointment.

We understand that emergencies happen, and life can get in the way. We appreciate your continued love and support of our business and time.
